By submitting this enrollment request, you acknowledge that: (1) your recipe package, materials, and all Deliverables will not be released until full payment has been received and cleared and your signed Service Agreement is on file — no exceptions; (2) all fees paid are non-refundable once the recipe package has been delivered; (3) submission of this request constitutes acceptance of the In House Nutrients Service Terms; (4) if you have selected an installment plan, you are automatically enrolled in automatic payments as a condition of that plan — invoices will be issued and charged per the schedule disclosed above; (5) this program license covers a single licensed cultivation facility only — use of the recipe at any additional facility requires a separate agreement and program fee; and (6) In House Nutrients recipes are licensed for use by your facility only and may not be resold or sublicensed.

Receipt & Confirmation

You'll receive a confirmation email after submitting your request. A Stripe invoice for your deposit will be sent within 1 business day. Your recipe package is released once full payment has cleared and your signed Service Agreement is on file.
